摘　　要：七氟烷是目前临床应用较广的吸入麻醉药之一,但其理化性质不如异氟烷、地氟烷稳定,在机体内约有5%发生生物转化。在其代谢产物中,六氟异丙醇具有极强的麻醉效能。本文就七氟烷的性质及其代谢进行综述,旨在更好地指导七氟烷的临床应用。Sevoflurane is one of the inhaled anesthetics which has been broadly applied in clinic. But it is not as stable as isoflurane, desflurane in physical and chemical properties because biotransformation will happen in about 5% of them. And of its metabolites, hexafluoroisopropanol has a very strong anesthetic potency. The article elaborates the nature and metabolism of sevoflurane by summari- zing research progresses in recent years in order to better guide the clinical application of Sevoflurane.
