摘 要:阐述了开裂试验架和温度–应力试验机的工作原理、仪器设备发展和完善的过程。介绍了过去40年里基于温度–应力试验的早龄期混凝土抗裂性研究的进展情况。给出了采用温度–应力试验机考察骨料品种和温度历程对早龄期混凝土抗裂性影响的两个研究案例。对温度–应力试验需要进一步深入研究的几个问题进行了探讨,如:试验设备和试验方法的标准化、约束度控制、弹性模量测试精度、试件的损伤累积及早龄期徐变计算方法等。The working principle and development history of cracking frame and temperature stress testing machine were introduced. Some research work on the crack resistance of early age concretes based on thermal stress test during the past 40 years were reviewed. According to the previous studies in Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute, the influence of aggregate types and temperature histories on the crack resistance by temperature stress testing machine were investigated. Some main aspects for thermal stress test that need to be further investigated were discussed, including standardization of testing machine and test method, controlling of restraint degree, measuring accuracy of Young's modulus, quantification of concrete cumulative damage induced by to-and-fro movements, and calcu- lation method of early age creep, et al.
