脚型数据三维测量角度的研究

摘　　要：运用infoot3D扫描仪采集样本脚型的三维图像,然后将图像导入到delcam软件的Powershape中,通过测量脚型的跖围、跗围、兜跟围的倾斜角以及跖围和跗围的扭转角,综合分析了各角度的变化趋势以及通过确定测量斜面来测量脚型各部位围度数据的方法,解决了在鞋楦设计时快速确定关键点和围长的难题。Using infoot 3d scanner, the samples＇ 3d images of the right foot were collected, then the images were put into the delcam software Powershape. On the basis of measuring for foot type＇ s slant angles of plantar circumference, tarsal circumference, heelpiece circumference and the torsion angles of plantar circumference and tarsal circumference, the change trend of each angle and the measurement method for circumference data by confirming measurement bevel were synthetically analysised, and problems of quickly identification critical points and girths were solved in the shoe design.
