益气活血清利法治疗糖尿病合并泌尿系感染的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的讨论采用益气活血清利法治疗糖尿病合并泌尿系感染的疗效,总结治疗经验。方法将该院于2009年6月—2012年6月收治的60例2型糖尿病合并泌尿系统感染的患者进行随机分为两组,常规组采用西药治疗,加强组在西药治疗的基础上加用益气活血清利法进行联合治疗,观察患者的病情变化、治疗效果。结果常规组的30例患者中,治愈的患者为12例,占总数的40%,显效患者为4例,占总数的13.33%,有效患者5例,占总数的16.67%;加强组的30例患者中,治愈的患者22例,占总数的73.33%,显效患者为4例,占总数的13.33%,有效患者2例,占总数的6.67%。结论益气活血清利法治疗糖尿病合并泌尿系感染的疗效相较一般要去治疗,效果较好,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To discuss the curative effect of Supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation and clearing method in treating diabetes complicated with infection of urinary system, summarize the experience of treatment. Methods In our hospital from 2009 June to 2012 June were 60 cases of type II diabetes complicated with urinary system infection were randomly divided into two groups, the conventional group were treated with western medicine, strengthen basic group in western medicine treatment and combined therapy with Yiqi Huoxue Qingli method, observation of patients condition changes, therapeutic effect. Results 30 patients in conventional group, patients cured 12 cases, accounting for 40% of the total, effective in 4 cases, accounting for 13.33% of the total, effective in 5 cases patients, accounting for 16.67% of the total; 30 patients in the strengthening group, 22 patients were cured, accounting for 73.33% of the total, effective patients in 4 cases, accounting for 13.33% of the total, effective in 2 cases patients, accounting for 6.67% of the total. Conclusion The curative effect of Supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation and clearing method in treatment of diabetes combined with uifinary tract infection in general to treatment, good effect, it is worth in clinical application.
