摘  要:国有医疗机构医疗服务不能完全市场化,但医疗市场客观存在,如何在保证社会效益同时不断提高经济效益,很大程度取决于医疗机构的运营能力。国有医院承担着公益性职责,不能完全照搬企业的经营理念,又需要提高经营管理能力来提高经营业绩,需要医疗机构进行严格的成本核算和绩效管理,不断提高患者让渡价值,有效地拓展市场,以科学高效的运营手段使医疗机构步入良性发展轨道。Although the medical services cannot completely market-oriented method to operate, the medical market is objective existence. how to guarantee the social benefits at the same time, and constantly improve economic efficiency, largely depends on the operation ability of medical institutions. Because of medical institutions bear the public duties, so it can not completely copy the management concept of the enterprise, but also need to improve management skills to improve the operating performance for implementing the public duties, requiring medical institutions to carry out strict cost accounting and performance management, and constantly improving the customer delivered value and effectively expand the market, aims to enable healthcare organizations to quickly enter benign development course.
