摘　　要：目的:建立妇安消疹洗液中β-脱皮甾酮的含量测定方法,完善质量控制体系。方法:使用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Diamonsil-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(31∶69),检测波长247 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,进样量10μL,柱温30℃。结果:β-脱皮甾酮在5.0～160.0μg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,Y=0.0937X+0.1831(r=0.9994),平均回收率为97.9%,RSD为0.78%(n=6)。结论:所建方法简便快捷,专属性强,适用于妇安消疹洗液中β-脱皮甾酮的含量测定。Objective： To establish a method for the determination of β-Ecdysterone in Fuanxiaozhen cleaning solution,and to provide a base for its quality criteria.Methods： HPLC method was used with a C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was consisted of methanol and water（31∶69）;the detection wavelength was 247 nm;the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the sample size was 10 μL;the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results： The result showed that β-Ecdysterone had a linear relationship at the range of 5.0~160.0 μg/mL,Y=0.0937X＋0.1831（r=0.9994）.The average recovery was 97.9%,RSD=0.78%（n=6）.Conclusions： The method is simple,sensitive,accurate,and suitable for the quality control of Fuanxiaozhen cleaning solution.
