摘　　要：目的分析南宁市免疫规划工作开展情况,探讨影响免疫规划质量的因素,为制定免疫规划工作措施提供科学依据。方法对南宁市12个县(区)免疫规划人员及经费保障、免疫规划业务工作、免疫规划管理、现场调查接种率等指标进行考核。结果南宁市免疫规划工作开展良好,但经费不足、加强免疫接种率较低、疫苗管理不规范是影响南宁市免疫规划工作质量的主要因素。结论加大免疫规划工作力度及经费的投入,加强技术指导及人员培训,规范疫苗管理,以确保南宁市免疫规划工作可持续性发展。Objective To analysis on development situation of Immunization program,discussion on the influence factors of immunity planning quality, to provide scientific basic for the measures to immunity planning work. Methods To examine the staffs, the expenditure guarantee, and immunity planning execution, immunity planning management and the rate of vaccination etc index for 12 County, Nanning City. Results The immunity planning work of nanning city was implemented well, but short of funds, low rate of strengthen immunization vaccines, non-standard on vaccine administration, are the main factors that influence the quality of EPI Nanning city. Conclusion Increase immune planning efforts and funds, strengthen technical guidance and training of personnel, standardize vaccine management, to ensure the sustainability of EPI of Nanning City development.
