小儿消化不良整体护理探讨

摘　　要：小儿消化不良被称为婴幼儿腹泻或婴幼儿消化不良,中医认为本病病因为外感风邪、内伤乳食、脾胃虚寒,造成胃失和降,脾失健运;西医认为本病因感染(病毒和细菌)和非感染因素(饮食因素、气候因素和个人体质因素)造成的,临床表现为泄泻和呕吐。它是常见于儿科的多发病,多见于2岁以下幼儿,年龄愈小,发病率愈高,病情越重,影响小儿的正常生长发育,所以护理工作很重要。近年来,对整体护理的研究比较多,有了很多新的认识,本文从饮食护理、心理护理、生活护理、病情护理四个方面综述了整体护理的进展。Indigestion in children is called infantile diarrhea or infant indigestion, Chinese medicine believes that the pathogenesis of this disease because of exogenous pathogenic wind, internal injuries drinking milk, spleen and stomach, resulting in the loss and lower stomach, spleen fails; Doctors believe thisthe cause of infection （viruses and bacteria）and non- infectious factors （dietary factors, climatic factors and individual physical factors）, clinical manifestations of diarrhea and vomiting. It is common in pediatric frequently-occurring disease, more common in children under the age of 2, the smaller the age, the higher the incidence of the more severe the disease, affecting the normal growth and development of children, care work is very important. In recent years, the overall care more, with a lot of new understanding, from the diet care, psychological care, life care, care of the disease four aspects of the overall progress of the care.
