腹腔镜鞘突管高位结扎术治疗小儿鞘膜积液(附225例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜治疗小儿鞘膜积液的临床疗效。方法选择鞘膜积液患儿225例,采用腹腔镜行鞘状突高位结扎术,观察术中情况及术后恢复情况。结果 225例患儿手术过程均顺利,手术时间5～8min,术中未出现严重并发症,术后2～3d出院。患儿症状消失,恢复良好。结论腹腔镜鞘突管高位结扎术治疗各型小儿鞘膜积液疗效确切,手术创伤小,并发症发生率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate a new procedure of laparoscope to treat hydrocele in children. Methods 225 children at the age of 1 to 12 years old（mean age 4 years）were treated by laparoscopic high ligation of processus vaginal for hydroceles from November 2004 to November 2009. Results The operative procedures were uneventfuI.The operation times were 5 to 8 minutes.And the patients were discharged on day 2 or 3 post-operatively with no major complication.The incision didn＇t need suture and there was no obvious scar formation after operation.AIl cases were cured. Conclusion laparoscopic high ligation of proeessus vaginal has exact curative effect and low recurrence for the treatment of all kinds of hydrocele in children.It is a simple,satisfactory,effective,and minimally invasive surgical method.It causes no infection in the wound cut,scrotum and testis,no pain and numb in lower abdomen.It is safe and worth being generalized in clinic.
