摘　　要：目的通过对小儿脑积水手术后常见并发症影响因素的分析提高临床护理的效果。方法回顾性分析2011年8月—2012年11月收治的20例小儿脑积水患者在分流手术后的护理资料,对手术后所产生的并发症影响因素及护理对策进行分析。结果 20例小儿脑积水患者在术后有9例出现并发症,所占比例为45%。其中5例分流管阻塞,2例患者出现腹部并发症,1例患者感染,1例患者的分流装置移位。结论对小儿脑积水术后引起并发症的影响因素进行分析并针对其情况进行有效护理,加强观察、及早处理,对于减少并发症的发生有着重要的意义。Objective Pediatric hydrocephalus after surgery complications influencing factors analysis to improve the effectiveness of clinical care. Methods A retrospective analysis of 20 pediatric patients admitted to our hospital in August 2011-2012 in November hydrocephalus patients after bypass surgery care information, postoperative complications influencing factors and nursing countermeasures. Results 20 cases of pediatric patients with hydrocephalus in 9 cases of postoperative complications, the rate was 45%. 5 cases of shunt tube blockage, abdominal complications in 2 patients, 1 patients infected shift 1 patients shunt device. Conclusion Cause of pediatric hydrocephalus postoperative complications influencing factors were analyzed and effective care for their situation, to strengthen surveillance, early treatment of great significance in reducing the incidence of complications.
