摘　　要：目的分析该院临床路径质控管理现状,为制定完善的路径管理制度提供依据。方法调查该院2010年8月—2012年12月所有出院患者病历,记录临床路径执行情况,对数据进行统计分析。结果 2010年8月—2012年12月,该院共制定临床路径783条;进入临床路径比例、完成临床路径比例和执行路径中医嘱比例均持续上升;2012年底,我院进入临床路径比例已达到83.6%,比2011年度及2010年第四季度分别高出了14.5%和61.3%。结论有效的质控管理模式,可显著推动临床路径规范发展。Objective To analyze the status of the clinical pathways’Quality Control to domestic hospital management. Methods Surveying the history records of patients from August 2010 to December 2012, and then recording the status of clinical pathways’implementing. Results From August 2010 to December 2012,798 clinical pathways were established. The rations of using the clinical pathways,completing the clinical pathways and executing doctor’s advice in clinical pathways were all ascendent. To the end of 2012,83.6% of the patients were used the clinical pathways,and the rations was 14.5% more than the year of 2011. Conclusion Useful management modes of quality control can promoting the development of clinical pathways
