摘 要:针对工程项目施工中物资管理过程中的质量安全问题,结合物资批次映射关系,设计以TOB为可追溯对象的物资质量可追溯模型。该模型采用基于追溯批次记录与逐级编码方式,引入批次质量特征(BOF)的概念,并基于BOF,利用符号化的可追溯对象将物资供应链各环节的信息关联起来。在此基础上,提出了物资批次的三种映射转换,实现了供应链中物资质量的跟踪和追溯,构建了工程项目施工中物资供应质量追溯系统。最后通过应用实践,证明了该模型的有效性和可行性。There are some quality and safety problems for material management in the construction project. In combination with material batch mapping, in this paper we design a traceability model for material quality. In the model the traceable object (TOB) is defined. Based on traceable batch record and coding step by step, the model introduces the concept of batch quality feature (BOF). Moreover, based on BOF it associates the information of each link of the model material supply chain using symbolised traceable object. On this basis, we propose three kinds of mapping conversion of material batch, achieves the tracking and tracing of material quality in supply chain, and thus the traceability system of material supply quality is built in the construction project. Through applied practices, the validity and feasibility of the pmposed model are proved.
