工作流技术在工程项目合同审批中的应用研究

摘　　要：从工程项目合同管理的审批业务流程出发,结合工程项目合同审批的特点,通过分析合同管理审批的业务流程,提出一种有效的工程项目合同审批流程模型,实现合同审批过程的自动化设计。利用工作流技术,抽象定义出工程项目合同审批流程规则,根据流程规则对合同审批流程进行算法设计,实现合同审批流程的灵活动态定义,解决了工程项目合同在审批流程中自动传递的问题。Proceeding from business process of examination＇ and approval of engineering project contracts management, we put forward an effective process model for project contracts examination and approval in combination with the characteristics of project contracts examination and approval and by analysing the business process of contracts management, examination and approval. This realises the automatic design in the procedure of contracts examination and approval. By utilising the workflow technology, we give definition about the process rules of engineering project contract approval. The algorithm of the contract examination and approval process is designed according to the process rules. Then by realising the flexible dynamic definition on contract approval process, we solve the automatic transfer issue of engineering project contracts in examination and approval processes.
