摘　　要：阐述电力通信告警综合管理系统的设计与实现,简述系统的软件结构和功能实现所需要的关键技术。在.NET框架中采用MVC分层设计模式,结合Ajax提出的异步交互机制,利用其前端框架Ext JS,优化B/S架构,实现页面表示与业务逻辑的高效分离,增强客户端的响应功能,进一步提高了客户端与服务器端的异步通信能力。系统操作简便、具有实际应用价值,能为类似的系统设计提供一定参考。The design and implementation of comprehensive management system for electric power communication alarm are described, and the software structure of the system and the key techniques the function implementation required are briefly introduced. We adopt the MVC hierarchical design pattern in . NET framework, through combining the asynchronous interaction mechanisms provided by Ajax and making use of its front framework Ext JS, we optimise the B/S structure, and achieve efficient separation of the page expression from business logic, enhance the response ability at clients＇ d and further improve the asynchronous communication capacity between the clients and the server. The operation of the system is simple with practical applied value, it can provide a reference for the designs of＇similar systems.
