摘　　要：对电子期刊与纸质期刊的特性进行了分析、比较,并阐述了在两种载体期刊并存状态下的公共图书馆中文期刊订购须坚持的三个基本原则。The characteristics of electronic journals as well as paper journals are analyzed and compared in this article. The au- thors also elaborate that in the coexist of two cartier journals, there are three basic principles in which the public li- brary must persist for the ordering of Chinese journals in public library.
