摘　　要：目的:针对疗养院目前普遍实行的集体"供给制"式服务上的不足,探索实行"满足需求"式的个性化疗养服务方式。方法:在借鉴治疗医院"临床路径"现代管理模式的基础上,建立"疗养路径"管理模式,率先研发了军队干部康复保健疗养路径软件系统。结果:建立疗养路径数据库资料,规范标准的疗养服务流程,突出个性化服务理念,并通过信息化技术手段得以实现,简捷高效。结论:该疗养路径的应用能充分满足疗养员对疗养服务的不同需求,使疗养服务保障向精细型、科技型服务转变,有效提高疗养服务质量和疗养院科学管理水平。Objective To explore the requirement-oriented personalized convalescence mode in order to conquer the defects of the traditional centralized service.Methods The convalescence pathway management mode was developed based on the clinical pathway management in the hospital,and the first military officer convalescence pathway software system was developed in the PLA.Results The convalescence pathway database,standardized service flow and personalized service idea were realized with information technologies.Conclusion The convalescence pathway meets the requirements of different staffs and makes the service level improved greatly.
