综合手术救治方舱X线辐射安全性评估

摘　　要：目的:评估综合手术救治方舱C型臂X线机术中应用的放射安全性,保障医务人员和患者的健康。方法:采用辐射剂量检测仪现场检测C型臂X线机在术中应用时床边手术人员及距离C型臂不同位置的受照射剂量率,评价其放射情况。结果:C型臂X线机在术中应用时,床边手术人员的头部、颈部、胸部、腹部和腿部受照射的剂量率检测均值均低于国家标准规定的限值。受照射剂量随着手术人员与C型臂距离的增加而减小,均值均低于国家标准规定的限值。结论:综合手术救治方舱内C型臂X线机应用时术者接受的射线辐射剂量低于国家标准规定的限值,医务人员和患者相对安全。但是依然需要加强防护意识,增加防护训练,进一步降低医务人员和患者的受照射剂量,最大限度减小电离辐射对医务人员和患者健康的影响。Objective To assess the radiation safety when using the c-arm X-ray machine in the comprehensive surgical shelter,so as to ensure the health of the medical staff and patients.Methods The radiation dose detectors were used to assess the radiation doses when the surgical personnel besides the bed operated the c-arm X-ray machine.Results When the C-arm X-ray machine was used during the operation,the mean measurements of the dose rates for the head,neck,chest,abdomen and leg of the medical staff were all lower than those in the national standard.The dose decreased as the distance between the machine and the staff increased,with the mean value lower than that in the national standard.Conclusion The radiation doses of the medical staffs and patients exposed to the C-arm X-ray machine in the surgical shelter is lower than that in the national standard,while the protection awareness and training have to be enhanced in order to defense their health.
