摘　　要：目的:探讨预真空压力灭菌器定期进行温度验证的必要性,帮助医疗机构选择合适的方法对其进行温度验证。方法:给出预真空灭菌器的温度性能要求和验证方法,并进行实例分析。结果:灭菌室容积不同时,检验负载和测温点的布置差异较大。结论:在排除影响温度性能因素的基础上,医疗机构应定期对预真空灭菌器进行温度验证。Objective To discuss the necessity of temperature validation for pre-vacuum pressure steam sterilizer and help the medical institutions select proper methods for temperature validation.Methods After determining the requirements and test methods for temperature parameters,an example was analyzed for temperature validation of sterilizers.Results The test loads and location of temperature sensors were very different when the chambers of sterilizers were not the same.Conclusion The temperature validation has to be performed periodically with the factors influencing temperature parameters excluded.
