摘  要:研究了沼气处理对长江下游地区大棚内3种蔬菜植物学性状及品质的影响。结果显示:点燃沼气灯可使大棚内气温、地温提高0.4~3.2℃,使大棚内CO2浓度提升1677 mg/L;能显著增加萝卜的根粗及根鲜重、大白菜的单株重、青菜的单株重及叶片数;使萝卜、大白菜及青菜的产量分别提高24.62%、35.16%和64.45%;可明显降低3种蔬菜的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白及Vc含量,但这些营养物质的总量均明显提高。The effects of biogas treatment on the botanic characters and quality of 3 kinds of vegetable in greenhouse in the low- er reaches of the Yangtze River were studied. The results indicated that the ignited biogas lamp could make the air and ground tem- perature in the greenhouse increase by 0.4 ~ 3.2 ~C, and make the CO2 concentration in the greenhouse increase by 1677 mg/L. Biogas treatment could significantly increase the root diameter and root fresh weight of radish, single - plant weight of Chinese cab- bage, and the single - plant weight and leaf number of greengrocery; it could enhance the yield of radish, Chinese cabbage and greengrocery by 24.62% , 35.16% and 64.45% respectively; it could significantly reduce the content of soluble sugar, soluble protein and Vc in these 3 kinds of vegetable, but the total amount of these nutrients was significantly increased.
