摘 要:为掌握昆明地区婆罗门牛的血液生化指标,用自动仪器法对10头成年BMY母牛的35项血液生化指标检测,在全放牧条件下,婆罗门主要血液理化指标测定结果如下,WBC为17.07×109/L,RBC为9.27×1012/L,PLT为151.8×109/L,STP为5.02μmol/L,TP为75.24 g/L,GLU为4.06 mmol/L,BUN为6.32 mmol/L,Crea为108.5μmol/L,T-chol为3.86 mmol/L。35项血液理化指标中有60%(21/35)的指标变异系数小于20%,有34.29%(12/35)的变异系数介于20%~30%,有5.71%(2/35)的变异系数超过30%。Abstract: In order to grasp the blood biochemical indexes of Brahman cattle in Kunming area, the automatic instrument method was used to detect 35 biochemical indexes of blood in 10 adult BMY cows. The detection results of main blood biochemical indexes of Brahman under the condition of 24 - h grazing were acquired as follows: WBC was 17.07 × 109/L, RBC was 9.27 ×1012/L, PLT was 151.8 × 109/L, STP was 5.02μmol/L, TP was 75.24 g/L, GLU was 4.06 mmol/L, BUN was 6.32 mmol/L, Crea was 108. 5 μmol/L, and T - chol was 3.86 mmol/L. In 35 items of blood biochemical indexes, the coefficient of variation of 60% (21/35) parameters was lower than 20% , that of 34.29% (12/35) parameters ranged from 20% to 30% , and that of 5.71% (2/35) pa- rameters exceeded 30%.
