摘 要:本文的固定床吸附模型以固体表面扩散为基础,同时考虑吸附剂颗粒内外扩散阻力、轴向弥散、非线性吸附平衡和吸附剂形状因子的影响。详细讨论了吸附剂形状因子对固定床吸附动力学的影响。当三种形状吸附剂颗粒的特征尺寸相同时,透过时间大小顺序为:球形>无限长圆柱形>无限大薄片形;在某些特定条件下,吸附剂形状因子对透过时间及穿透曲线的影响可以忽略。In this work, a mathematical model of fixed bed is presented, which describes the solid diffusion mechanism considering both internal and external mass transfer resistances. The model accounts for the concentration dependence of intraparticle surface diffusion coefficient, and for the axial dispersion.The nonlinear isotherms, Langmuir's and Freundlich's isotherms, are used to describe the adsorption equilibrium.The effect of particle geometries on breakthrough curve is discussed in details.If the particle size for three types of adsorbents is the same,the breakthrough time is in the order of that: slabs<cylinders<spheres. However, there is no difference of the breakthrough curves among the slab,the cylinder and the sphere adsorbents in some special cases.
