摘  要:向FeI_2的四氢呋喃溶液中鼓入CO,室温下可与N,N-双(二苯基膦基)氨基酸甲酯反应,生成墨绿色晶状固体trans-Fe(CO)_2I_2[RCHN(PPh_2)_2CO_2CH_3](R=H,a;R=CH_3,b;R=PhCH_2,c),室温下可在空气中稳定存在.配合物a经过X射线衍射分析.该晶体属正交晶系,空间群为Pna2_1,为六配位八面体构型,a=1.7399(8)nm,b=3.0201(14)nm,c=1.7919(8)nm,α=β=γ=90°,V=9.416(7)nm^3,Z=2,D_(calc)=1.742mg/mm^3,F(000)=4800.该标记方法为利用金属碳基碎片标记生物分子提供了一条简便易行的途径.Iron(Ⅱ) iodide was reacted with carbon monoxide in tetrahydrofuran solution at room temperature, then N, N - bis (diphenylphosphino) amino - acid methylester was added to yield trans - iron carbonyl complexes trans - Fe(CO)2I2[RCHN(PPh2)2CO2CH3] (R= H, a ; R= CH3, b ; R= PhCH2, c )which are stable in solid state. The complex a was characterized by X - ray analysis. It belongs to the orthorhombic space group Pna21 with a = 1.7399(8)nm, b = 3.0201(14)nm, c = 1.7919(8)nm, α=β=γ= 90°,V = 9.416(7)nm3,Z=2, Dcalc = 1.742mg/mm3, F(000) = 4800. The X - ray structure of complex a reveals that geometry around the iron can be considered as octahedral. This method provides an easy way to label biological molecules with transition - metal carbonyl fragments.
