摘 要:基于2005-2010年省级层面的面板数据,利用STIRPAT模型实证分析城市化、工业化、信息化对碳强度的影响,发现ICT产业发展与碳强度变化呈明显背离关系,即发展ICT产业可以有效降低中国经济的碳强度。在此基础上,采用Blinder-Oaxaca方法分解各有关因素对经济发达地区和不发达地区之间碳强度差距的影响,研究结果表明ICT产业的环境绩效差异对于可解释的碳强度差距有较大影响,数字鸿沟的存在妨碍了ICT产业低碳经济效应的释放。The paper interpret the inner mechanism of low--carbon effect brought by the ICT industry development in China. Using the provincial panel data from 2005 to 2010, authors empirical analyze the impact of urbanization, industrialization and informatization on carbon intensity based on the STIRPAT model. We find that the ICT development has a significant negative effect on the carbon intensity. So, the ICT industry can decline carbon intensity effectively. Then the Blinder--Oaxaca decomposition technique is used to measure the contribution of influence factors to carbon intensity difference. Analysis shows that the ICT gap between the developed area and the underdeveloped area accounts most for the explained differential of carbon intensity.
