摘 要:构建PREE系统协调度评价指标体系,采用主成分分析法计算中国30个省(市、区)的人口子系统、资源子系统、环境子系统与经济子系统的综合评价值,借用模糊数学中的隶属度函数测算PREE系统协调度指数,并通过聚类分析法对中国各省(市、区)的PREE系统协调度进行分类。结果表明,中国PREE系统的协调状况不理想,各地区PREE系统协调度不均衡,资源子系统与人口、环境和经济子系统形成"倒挂"现象。提出应继续控制人口增长,提高人口素质;科学规划资源开发,合理布局主导产业;推动环境保护,改善环境质量;推进产业结构调整,转变经济增长方式;各地区应根据区情条件选择发展的侧重点等政策建议。This paper built a coordination evaluation index system of PREE system, used principal component analysis method to calculate the comprehensive evaluating values of population subsystem, resource subsystem, environment subsystem and economy subsystem of 30 provinces in Chi- na, adopted the method of Fuzzy mathematics to measure PREE system coordination degree, divided into three types of areas through clustering analysis method. The results showed that coordination status of PREE system of China was not ideal, coordination degree of PREE system of China was not bal- anced. That were resource subsystem form inversion phenomenon with population, environment and economic subsystem. In the end, this paper put for- ward some policy recommendations in order to provide a scientific basis for realizing the sustainable develooment strategy, of China.
