摘　　要：法律及医学知识的普及,使公民的自我保护意识不断增强,广大患者对自身的隐私权益也逐渐重视。妇产科的护理工作有一定的特殊性。针对我国患者隐私立法现状和护理实践中可能侵犯患者隐私的行为进行了分析,找出产生问题的原因,对妇产科护理操作提出相应的指导意见,促使妇产科护理工作向规范化发展,减少对患者隐私的侵权行为,实现和谐的护患关系。With law and medical knowledge popularization, citizens＇s elf-trctocticn a varenessare strengthening. The patients pay attention to self- privacy rights gradually. The nursing work of gynecology and obstetrics department has certain particularity because of its service objects. This article analyzes the possible violations ofpatients privacy in the situation of patient sprivacy legislation and nursirg working. In order to find out the causes of problem, and puts forward corresponding guidance to nursing operation of obstetrics and gynecology. We hope that the nursing work of gynecology and obstetrics department towards standardized developing, reduce the tort to patients privacy and realize harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
