高效液相色谱法测定卷烟烟气总粒相物中的烟碱

摘　　要：采用反相高效液相色谱内标法测定卷烟烟气总粒相物中的烟碱含量，内标物为对氨基苯磺酸，方法的平均回收率为９９．７％～１００．１％，精密度好，操作简便、快速，可作为检测烟碱的一种可靠方法。A HPLC internal standard method has been developed to determine the concentration of nicotine in total particulate matter of cigarette gas. p-Aminobenzene sulfonic acid was used as the internal standard. The average recovery of method was 99. 7% - 100.1% and the RSD was 0.9%. The experiments showed that the method was accurate and reliable.
