摘　　要：缺陷汽车召回制度是针对汽车产品缺陷成规模出现时,由政府主管部门采取以生产者自主召回为主、政府强制召回为辅的方式,消除缺陷产品对消费者和社会的不利影响,实现由最具实力承担和控制风险的经济主体来承担和控制风险的制度。从法经济学的角度对这一制度展开分析,可以更好地理解该制度产生的原因和意义。Defect automotive recall system is for automotive product defect in scale. The competent government department gives priority to with independent producers recall. The government mandatory recall is complementary way, in order to eliminate the negative impact of the defect product to the consumer and society. From the Angle of law and economics, this essay analyses this system, so as for consumers to better understand the system of the rea- sons and significance.
