摘  要:生态移民是通过移民方式解决区域生态环境问题的一项重要举措,而土壤侵蚀敏感性评价是确定区域生态特征综合值的一个重要依据。基于国内外现有相关研究成果不足的现状,以山西吉县作为研究案例区,采用"3S"方法与实地调研方法,从生态移民视角对山西吉县土壤侵蚀敏感性进行了定量评价。研究结果表明,地表覆盖状况与土壤抗冲性能是影响吉县土壤侵蚀敏感性的主要因子;全县可分为4个等级的土壤侵蚀敏感区,其中高度与中度敏感区面积占到全县总面积的59.85%,而轻度与不敏感区面积较小;针对不同等级的土壤侵蚀敏感区,应在生态环境保护方向与生态移民主要措施布设上加以区别对待。本研究旨在深化生态移民的动因机理研究,为吉县未来的生态移民区域选择提供决策依据。The eco-migration is an important measure to solve regional eco-environmental problems by immigrant mode,while sensitivity evaluation of soil erosion is an important basis for deciding the comprehensive value of regional ecological characteristics.The paper made quantitative evaluation of soil erosion sensitivity of Jixian County of Shanxi from the view point of eco-migration by taking Jixian County as a study case and using'3S'method and the method of field research based on the present status of insufficient related research results both at home and abroad.The outcomes show that a) the surface cover condition and soil anti-scourability are the main factors that affect the sensitivity of soil erosion of the county.b) The whole county can be divided into four grades of soil erosion sensitive regions,of which,the highly and moderately sensitive areas make up 59.85% of the total area of the county and the lightly and no-sensitive areas occupy less.c) It should deal with the orientation of eco-environmental protection and the main measures of eco-migration in different ways aiming at different grades of soil erosion sensitive regions.The research purpose is to deepen the motivation mechanism of eco-migration and provide basis of decision-making for selecting eco-migration regions of the county in the future.
