摘　　要：随着知识产权日益成为国家发展的战略性资源和综合国力竞争的核心要素,知识产权与战略新兴产业逐渐融合的趋势愈演愈烈,美国商务部近期发布的"聚焦知识产权和美国经济产业"报告引起广泛关注。系统分析美国知识产权密集型产业的测度技术和方法对我国知识产权密集型产业测度方法体系的建立具有借鉴价值。As intellectual property is becoming the strategic resources for national development and the core elements of comprehensive national strength competition,the integration of intellectual property and new strategic industries is becoming an increasingly upward trend.The report titled 'Intellectual Property and the U.S.Economy: Industries in Focus' released by the U.S.Department of Commerce recently has attracted widespread attention.What China can learn from the measurement theory and methods of IP-intensive industries in U.S.in establishing its own system of measuring IP-intensive industries are systematically analyzed.
