摘　　要：液压支架是综采工作面的关键设备,在井下采煤工作面主要起支护作用,它的适应性和可靠性是决定综采成败的关键因素,关系到整个工作面的安全,而且投资巨大。煤矿综采液压支架在地面储存时,冬季前需要加注防冻液对支架进行防冻保护。本文介绍了一种新型矿山福斯储存液,并且提出了最为合理的加注方法,对支架提供防冻(-35℃)保护的同时,储存液具有汽态和液态防锈添加剂,为支架液压元件提供100%的防锈保护,达到液压支架地面的合理储存,有效地减少外界因素对其造成的损坏,从而达到节约、经济的目的。The hydraulic support is the key equipment of fully mechanized working face, in underground coal mining face has a mainly supporting role. Its adaptability and reliability is the key factor to decide the success or fail- ure of the fully mechanized mining, relates to the whole working face safety, and the investment is huge. When the hydraulic support of fully mechanized coal mining on the ground stored, before the winter filled antifreeze for the support antifreezing protection. In this paper introduces the new mine Furth storage solution, and puts forward the most reasonable filling method, provide antifreeze （ -35 ℃ ） protection to the support, at the same time, the storage liquid has steam state and liquid state antirust additive, for the support hydraulic components provide 100% of the protection against corrosion, achieve reasonable store of hydralalic support on the ground, effectively reduce the damage caused by external factors on it, so as to achieve the purpose of saving and economy.
