综合护理干预对断指再植患者断指成活率和功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理干预对断指再植患者断指成活率和功能恢复的影响。方法:选择2010年1月～2012年6月我院收治的断指再植患者128例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组64例。对照组患者给予常规药物治疗和基础护理,观察组患者在此基础上实施综合护理干预措施。比较两组患者在1周时再植指成活率和6个月时再植指功能恢复情况。结果:术后1周时观察组患者的再植指成活率高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月时观察组患者再植指关节总屈曲度、血液循环状态、外观及综合评定的恢复程度均优于对照组(P<0.05),但两组感觉功能恢复程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可有效提高断指患者再植手术的成功率,并且促进患者再植指功能的恢复,值得临床推广。Objective： To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the survival rate of severed finger and function recovery. Metheds：128 pa- tients with severed finger in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2012, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and there were 64 eases in each group. Patients in control group received routine drug therapy and basic nursing. Patients in observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention besides routine drug therapy and basic nursing. The survival rate of severed finger at the first week and function recovery at the sixth months were compared in both group. Results ：The survival rate of severed finger in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group at the first week （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The excellent and good rates of flexion of severed finger,blood circulation state,appearance and comprehensive assessment in ob- servation group were significantly higher than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）, but the excellent and good rates of feel function were not significantly dif- ferent in two groups （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing intervention can increase survival rate of severed finger and promote function recovery in the patients with severed finger,it is worthy of clinical application.
