痔术后予祛毒汤湿敷肛门配合电磁波照射的护理效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨祛毒汤湿敷肛门配合电磁波照射对痔术后护理的效果。方法:将在我院肛肠科接受治疗的180例病人随机分为试验组与对照组各90例。试验组采用祛毒汤湿敷肛门配合电磁波照射进行护理,对照组采用传统祛毒汤熏洗法进行护理。结果:试验组的护理效果优于传统护理方法。结论:祛毒汤湿敷肛门配合电磁波照射对痔术后进行护理,能减轻痔疮术后病人疼痛、水肿、出血等症状,缩短病人治愈及住院时间。Objective：To observe the effect of Qudu decoction combined with anal wet compress with electromagnetic wave irradiation on hemonhoid postop- erative nursing. Methods：IS0 cases of patients in anorectal department were randomly divided into experimental group and contl, ol group with 90 cases in each group. The experiment group adopted the Qudu decoction combined with anal wet compress electromagnetic wave irradiation of nursing. The control group used traditional Qudu decoction fumigation nursing. Results：The nursing effect was better than the traditional nursing method of experiment group. Conelusion：Qudu decoction electromagnetic irradiation combined with anal wet compress for nursing care of hemorrhoids, hemorrhoids patients can reduce postoperative pain, edema, bleeding and other symptoms, shorten the patient cure and hospitalization time.
