临床护理路径在甲状腺手术体位综合征中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床护理路径应对甲状腺手术体位综合征的效果。方法:对我院2010年2月～2012年6月129例结节性甲状腺肿择期手术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组67例在整体护理的基础上应用临床护理路径进行护理,对照组62例应用传统的整体护理方案进行护理。对两组自身疾病相关知识认知程度进行调查,对术后并发症情况进行对比。结果:和对照组相比较,观察组头痛、颈僵、恶心和呕吐等均有明显改善(P<0.05),患者更能有效认识术前体位锻炼的作用且能更有效地实施锻炼(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径使患者和护士重视术前体位训练,更能有效地应对甲状腺术后体位综合征,促进患者康复,提高患者生活质量。Objective：To observe the effects of clinical nursing path on thyroid surgery postural syndrome. Methods： In our hospital from February 2010 to June 2012,129 eases of nodular goiter undergoing elective operation were randomly divided into observation group and control group,67 eases in observation group on the basis of the overall nursing, applieated the clinical nursing pathway, nursing holistie nursing for 62 eases in the control group used the Iraditional nursing. The two groups of their own disease knowledge were investigated, compared the complications after operation. Results： Compared with control group, the observation group heedaehe, neck stiffness, nausea and vomiting were obviously improved （ P 〈 0.05 ）, patients can be more effective understanding of preoperative posture training action and can more effectively exercise （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The clinical nursing path to nurses and patients pay attention to the preoperative posture training,can more effectively deal with thyroid postoperative posture syndrome,promote the rehabilitation of patients, improve the quality of life of the patients.
