摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理在PICU中的作用及影响,促进患儿早日康复。方法:将2010年10月～2011年9月在我科就诊的240例患儿,按就诊先后分为对照组和观察组各120例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理干预,观察并比较两组患儿的并发症及住院时间。结果:观察组患儿病情恢复快,并发症少,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:做好患儿的舒适护理可以降低或减少并发症的发生,缩短住院时间,促进患儿康复。Objective: To explore the effect and role of comfortable nursing in PICU,to promote the children's recovery.Methods: Chose 240 cases of children in our department from October 2010 to September 2011,according to visiting sequence were divided into control group and observation group with 120 cases in each group,the control group with routine nursing.The observation group received comfort able nursing intervention,compared and observed the two groups of children's complications and hospitalization time.Results: The observation group of children with the disease fast recovery,less complications,there was statistically significant difference compared with the control group.Conclusion: The comfortable nursing can reduce complications,shorten hospital stay,and promote rehabilitation of children.
