摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理在老年骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:选择我院2008年8月～2012年7月老年骨折患者98例为研究对象,对其加强心理护理,比较心理护理实施前后患者的心理状态及对护理工作的满意度。结果:与心理护理实施前相比,心理护理实施后老年骨折患者的焦虑量表评分、抑郁量表评分明显降低(P<0.05),对护理工作的满意度明显提升(P<0.05)。结论:强化心理护理有助于改善老年骨折患者的情绪状态,增进护患关系。Objective：To observe the effects of psychological nursing of elderly patients with fracture. Methods：Patients in our hospital from August 2008 to July 2012 98 cases of elderly fracture as the research object, and psychological nursing of senile fracture patients, differences in anxiety and depression, nurs- ing satisfaction. Results：Compared with the prior to the psychological nursing, psychological nursing in elderly patients with fracture after the implementation of the SAS and SDS score were decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ）, nursing satisfafion improved significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： In elderly fracture patients psy- chological nursing can improve mood state,increase nurse -patient relationship.
