摘 要:采用改进的Pechini法合成了La(Ba)Co(Fe)O3-δ系列透氧膜材料 ,考察了Ba和Fe掺入量对材料的结构、氧脱附性能及透氧性能等的影响 ,并与材料的容限因子及平均结合能进行了关联 .结果表明 ,Ba的掺杂有利于透氧活化能的降低及透氧量的提高 ;Fe的引入使材料在较高Ba掺杂量时也能保持稳定的钙钛矿结构 ,同时使材料的密封性能较好 ,稳定操作时间加长 。A series of La(Ba)Co(Fe)O 3- δ membrane materials were synthesized through Pechini method. The crystal structure, the oxygen desorption and permeation fluxes of the materials with different content of Ba and/or Fe were investigated. The results were related to the tolerance factors and the metal average binding energy of the materials. It was indicated that the introduction of Ba was contributed to lower the oxygen permeation activation energy and elevated oxygen fluxes. Doping Fe in the materials with higher Ba content could keep the perovskite structure, and the sealing ability, stable operation time and oxygen desorption amount at low temperature were improved or increased.
