盐酸苯海拉明的原子吸收法测定

摘　　要：探讨了盐酸苯海拉明在适当的酸性条件下与锌试剂、铜离子定量生成三元络合物 ,经 MIBK萃取 ,以 AAS法测定萃取液中的铜来间接测定盐酸苯海拉明的量。本法与药典法相比 ,相对平均偏差小于 0 .4% ,线性范围为 5～ 50μg· m L-1,回收率为 97%～ 1 0 2 %。Atomic absorption spectroscopy was used to assay the extract of Cu Zincon Diphenhydramine hydrochloride ternary complex.A method for indirect determination of diphenhydramine hydrochloride was established by determining Cu 2+ in organic phase. The relative standard deviation is less than 0.4%. The linear range is 5～50 μg·mL -1 and the recovery is 97%～102%.
