摘  要:本文研究了涡流管热冷出口不同压力比条件下能量分离性能。在实验中,以纯度99.99%氮气为工质,进口压力为0.2~0.7 MPa。实验发现,在相同涡流管进口压力下,涡流管热端出口与冷端出口流体压力比越大,涡流管制热效应越好,制冷效应有减小趋势,但制热效应存在一个极限值。涡流管冷端出口与热端出口流体压力比越大,涡流管制冷效应与制热效应均减小。此外,本文还对实验结果进行了热力学能量守恒分析,确定实验数据的有效性。本文工作对拓展涡流管的应用具有重要的指导作用。Different ratios of vortex tube hot end pressure and cold end pressure are conducted by experiment in this work. The working fluid is N2 with 99.99% (mass fraction) purity, the inlet pressure ranges from 0.2 to 0.7 MPa. The results show that in the same inlet pressure condition, the increase of ratio of vortex tube hot end pressure and cold end pressure will lead to the increase of heating effect and the decrease of cooling effect in vortex tube. But there is a limit heating effect when the ratio of vortex tube hot end pressure and cold end pressure increases. In the same inlet pressure condition, the increase of ratio of vortex tube cold end pressure and hot end pressure will lead to the decrease of heating effect and cooling effect in vortex tube. In addition, in order to make sure the effectiveness of all experiment data, the energy conservation analysis is conducted. All of these works have a significant role in extending the application of the vortex tube.
