摘　　要：研究了双 (6-氧 -丁烯二酸单酯 ) -β-环糊精 (简称β- CD衍生物 )对 Pd( ) - 2 - (5-溴 - 2 -吡啶偶氮 ) - 5-二乙氨基苯酚 (简称 Pd( ) - 5- Br- PADAP)显色反应的增敏作用。在 p H=4.0～ 5.0的 HAc- Na Ac介质中 ,该体系最大吸收波长为 590 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为 6.71× 1 0 4 L· mol-1· cm-1,钯 ( )含量在0～ 1 1 μg/1 0 m L范围内服从比尔定律。The sensitization effect of bis(6 O butene diacid ester) β cyclodextrin on color system of palladium(Ⅱ) 5 Br PADAP was investigated.In a medium of pH 4.0～5.0, the maximum absorption wavelength of the system is 590 nm, and the apparent molar absorptivity is 6.71×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0～11 μg/10 mL. The method was applied to determination of Pd in active carbon catalyst and mineral samples.
