摘  要:首先以对叔丁基苯酚为原料,分别以R-T反应和Duff反应合成水杨醛衍生物中间产物.以吲哚,溴化物为原料,用相转移催化剂和NaI为催化剂,通过SN2反应合成碘化物中间体,并且确定了反应物的最佳配比为n(NaI)∶n(溴化物)∶n(吲哚)=1.5∶1∶0.7.通过缩合反应合成了含有叔丁基的两种螺吡喃光致变色化合物.分别通过元素分析,红外光谱,核磁共振等手段对合成的产物进行了表征,并应用紫外-可见吸收光谱对其光致变色性能进行了研究.Two kinds of salicylaldehyde derivatives were synthesized respectively through R-T reaction and Duff reaction by using chlorine phenol as raw material.Iodide was synthesized through SN2 reaction of indole and bromo-ethane with NaI and phase transfer catalyst as catalysts,in yield over 48%.The ratio of the reactants was n(NaI)∶n(bromo-ethane)∶(indole) =1.5∶1∶0.7.We got two kinds of photochromic spiropyrane compound containing tertiary butyl through condensation reaction.The properties of compound were characterized by IR,HNMR and elemental analysis and the photochromic properties of compound were investigated by UV-visible absorptance spectrum.
