摘  要:利用焦化废水中含有的污染物萘为唯一碳源,从处理焦化废水的活性污泥中分离能降解萘的细菌菌株,采用GenIII MicroStatioTM型BIOLOG微生物自动鉴定仪对其进行鉴定,并采用三苯基甲臜(TF)定量分析法测其脱氢酶活性.结果表明,根据菌落特征分离出3株生长良好的细菌菌株NDS1、NDS2和NDS3,经鉴定分别为Pseudo-monas alcaligenes、Pseudomonas viridilivida和Pseudomonas resinovorans,脱氢酶活性分别为10.315μg·(mL·h)-1、6.630μg.(mL·h)-1和9.175μg·(mL·h)-1.Using naphthalene which was pollutant of coking wastewater as the only carbon source,naphthalene-degrading strains was isolated and breed from cativated sludge of coking-plant wastewater.They were identified by MicroStationTM BIOLOG Identification System.The triphenyl formazan(TF) quantitative analysis method was used to determine dehydrogenase activity of naphthalene-degrading strains..They turned out that they were isolated three strains of bacteria NDS1,NDS2 and NDS3 which were identified as Pseudomonas alcaligenes,Pseudomonas viridilivida and Pseudomonas resinovorans.Dehydrogenase activity of naphthalene-degrading strains were respectively 10.315 μg·(mL·h)-1,6.630 μg·(mL·h)-1 and 9.175 μg·(mL·h)-1.
