摘　　要：简述新一代OPAC出现的背景、基本特征及建设中存在的问题。标准化对新一代OPAC的技术创新、普及与推广、开放接口的开发具有重要的促进作用。OPAC标准化包括三个方面的内容:制定术语标准;以已有的软件质量系列标准为依据,建立OPAC质量评估标准体系,并促使OPAC开发商取得ISO 9000质量管理体系认证;建立一整套独立于具体实现技术,跨平台、跨语言、支持第三方系统便捷访问的OPAC开放接口标准。This paper introduces the background, features and problems in the construction of new -generation OPAC. Standardization plays an important role in promoting technology innovation, popularization and promotion, and open interface of the new-generation OPAC. Its standardization includes three aspects ： making the terminology standards; setting up the quality evaluation standard system of OPAC based on the existing software quality standards, and promoting the OPAC developers to obtain certification of the ISO 9000 system; establishing a set of open interface standards, which is independent on the specific implementation technology and supports the cross-platform, cross-language and easy access to the third party system.
