摘　　要：调查干部教育培训专题数据库建设现状,分析支撑干部教育培训的数据库建设需求,结合东北地区干部教育培训现实情况,系统化介绍东北地区经济专题数据库的建设经验,提出专题数据库建设和规划的要点,并总结建设中存在的问题,给出对策建议。This paper investigates the thematie database construction on the cadre education training, and analyzes the requirements to support it. According to the current state of cadre education training in Northeast China, it systematically introduces the eonstruction experiences of the economic thematic database. Finally, it proposes key points to construct and plan thematic databases and summarizes the issues, in order to put forwards advices.
