摘 要:为了降低戊二醛固着丝胶后生丝的黄变程度,用甲醛、甲醇、戊二醛制备改性戊二醛,将其作为交联剂固着蚕丝丝胶。通过正交试验优化的改性戊二醛固胶工艺条件为:反应体系pH 5.0,改性戊二醛质量分数0.9%,反应温度25℃,反应时间6 h。对固胶生丝的物理性能测试分析表明:改性戊二醛与丝胶蛋白发生了共价交联结合,固胶生丝断裂强度增大,断裂位移减小;固胶生丝的白度达到55.23,未处理生丝的白度为58.37,用改性戊二醛作交联剂有效降低了生丝的黄变程度;固胶丝纤维的表面结构明显改变,但未改变蚕丝原有的结晶区,这种交联反应主要发生在丝胶蛋白。研究结果表明,经改性戊二醛及优化工艺条件固胶处理后的生丝白度未发生变化,且保持了蚕丝纤维的基本性能。To reduce yellowing of raw silk fixed with glutaraldehyde,modified glutaraldehyde,a cross-linking agent in sericin fixing,was synthesized from formaldehyde,methanol and glutaraldehyde.The technological conditions for fixing process with modified glutaraldehyde were optimized through orthogonal experiments.The optimum process condition was: reaction system pH 5.0,mass fraction of modified glutaraldehyde 0.9%,reaction temperature 25 ℃,and reaction time 6 h.Physical property test of fixed raw silk demonstrated that modified glutaraldehyde was connected to sericin via covalent bonds,leading to increase of breaking strength and reduction of fault displacement of the fixed raw silk.The whiteness of fixed raw silk reached 55.23,while the whiteness of unfixed raw silk reached 58.37.The yellowing of raw silk was reduced efficiently by using modified glutaraldehyde as cross-linking agent.Although the surface structure of fixed silk fiber was significantly changed,no change was observed in crystalline domain of raw silk.Such cross-linking reaction was mainly taking place at silk sericin.After fixation with modified glutaraldehyde under the optimal conditions,the whiteness was not changed and the raw silk could maintain basic properties of silk fibers.
