摘 要:为了评定用于加捻的原料生丝的品质,需要对多项丝质性状指标进行检测,其中纤度和纤度偏差是2项重要的指标,对加捻生丝的性能和结构有影响。通过分析比较原料生丝及加捻生丝的纤度和纤度偏差,建立了一种根据加捻生丝的纤度与纤度偏差测试结果计算原料生丝的纤度和纤度偏差的方法。应用该方法计算得到的原料生丝的纤度和纤度偏差值与实测值无显著性差异,证明了该方法测算结果的可靠性。In order to ascertain the genuineness of raw material used in twisting,it is necessary to determine various silk quality parameters,among which size and size deviation are two important indexes to influence texture and performance of the twisted silk.Through analyzing and comparing size and size deviation between the raw silk and the twisted silk,a unique method was established to calculate size and size deviation of the raw silk according to test results of size and size deviation of the twisted silk.This method has been validated through testing size and size deviation of the raw silk and its corresponding twisted silk.The size and size deviation of raw silk calculated using this method had no significant difference with the actual values,demonstrating that the method is reliable.
