摘　　要：产学研合作共同体理论是研究产学研合作的全新视角,它从强化产学研合作协同创新、提升企业持续创新能力的角度,探讨制度信任、合作管理、利益分配在产学研合作中的作用机理。构建产学研合作共同体应该从强化合作管理、建立制度信任、创新利益分配三个方面入手。From a brand-new perspective, the theory of Industry-University-Research Cooperation Commu- nity discusses the mechanism of institutional trust, cooperative management and benefit distribution in industry-university-research cooperation in view of strengthening collaborative innovation in the coop- eration and promoting enterprises~ sustainable innovation ability. It proposes that the construction of industry-university-research cooperation community be based on the three aspects of enhancing coop- erative management, building institutional trust and innovating benefit distribution.
