摘  要:技术发明与基础科学之间的知识关联是科技管理者所关注的基本问题之一。国际权威专利情报机构CHIResearch Inc.构建了"科学关联"计量指标,通过计量技术专利对科学论文的引用来定量描述技术与科学之间的知识关联。然而,技术与科学之间的知识关联是双向的,技术以科学为源泉,科学以技术为手段,"科学关联"指标仅对上述知识关联进行了单向计量。文章认为,还需要补充计量科学论文对技术专利的反向引用,才能使"科学关联"指标得到进一步修正和完善。The knowledge linkage between technological invention and basic science is one of the basic problems paid attention to by scientific and technical managers. The international authoritative patent information organization CHI Research Inc. constructs the measuring indexes of Science Linkage (SL) to quantitatively describe the knowledge linkage between technology and science by measuring the technical patents' citations from scientific papers. However, as the knowledge linkage between technology and sci ence is bidirectional, technology takes science as the source, and science takes technology as the means, the SL measuring inde xes are only used to make the monodirectional measurement of the abovementioned knowledge linkage. This paper considers it nec essary to measure the scientific papers' reverse citation from technological patents. Only by doing so can the SL measuring indexes be further revised and perfected.
