摘　　要：针对目前被广泛应用的期刊论文引用次数存在严重的泡沫现象,文章从客观公正评价科技人才的视角入手,分析了论文引用泡沫的种种形式,并讨论了去除论文引用泡沫的方法与途径。In view of the serious bubble phenomenon existing in the extensively applied journal articles＇ citations and starting with the objective and impartial evaluation of technical personnel, this article analyzes the various forms of articles＇ citation bub ble, and discusses the ways and means to remove the bubble.
