摘 要:结合青东矿工程实例,分析了青东矿104回风大巷的围岩地质特性、变形状态和破坏原因,确立了棚锚注联合支护方案,采用该方案后围岩应力分布范围和塑性区都显著缩小;围岩变形量明显降低,巷道围岩两帮及顶底板塑性破坏范围显著减少,顶底板出现屈服后很快趋于稳定。该支护方案在解决软岩巷道变形和位移量大等问题上,取得了良好的效果。In combination with the engineering case in Qingdong Mine, the theoretical analysis and the site monitoring and measuring were applied to analyze the geological features, deformation status and failure cause of the surrounding rock along No. 104 mine air returning roadway in Qingdong Mine. The shield, bolt and grouting combined support plan was determined. After the plan applied, the stress distribution scope and the plastic zone of the surrounding rock were obviously reduced. The deformation value of the surrounding rock was obviously reduced, the plastic failure scope of the surrounding rock sidewalls and the roof and floor of the mine roadway was obviously reduced and the yielding occurred in the roof and floor would be soon in stable. The support plan had obtained excellent effects to solve the deformation, high displacement and other problems of the mine soft rock roadway.
