摘 要:在环氧树脂ES216中加入不同含量的新型聚酰亚胺粉末,制得胶粘剂。通过热失重分析、接触角、拉伸强度及凝胶化时间测试研究了聚酰亚胺用量对环氧胶性能的影响。结果表明,随着聚酰亚胺用量增加,环氧胶的耐热性、疏水性提高,拉伸剪切强度下降,表观活化能提高。聚酰亚胺的质量分数为15%时,胶粘剂的起始热分解温度378.4℃,表面能39.0 mJ/m2;拉伸剪切强度20.9 MPa;表观活化能58.5 kJ/mol,综合性能优良,增韧效果最好。The adhesives were prepared by adding different amounts of new polyimide powder in the epoxy resin ES216. The effects of polyimide amount on the properties of epoxy adhesive were investigated by TGA analysis and testings of contact angle, tensile strength and gelation time. The results showed that with the increasing of polyimide amount, the heat resistance , hydrophobicity and apparent activation energy of epoxy adhesives were increased and the tensile shear strength was decreased. The adhesive with 15% polyimide had good comprehensive performance and the best toughening effect . The initial thermal decomposition temperature, surface energy, tensile shear strength and apparent activation energy of the adhesive were 378.4 ~C, 39. 0 mJ/m2, 20. 9 MPa and 58.5 kJ/mol, respectively.
